The 5-Minute Wellness Routine Includes :
The protocol is structured into five quick segments to refresh both body and mind
- A moment of silent awareness to ground yourself and reset your focus.
- Includes shoulder rotations and ankle stretches to boost blood circulation and reduce muscle stiffness.
- Modified asanas such as Tadasana (Palm Tree Pose), seated Cat-Cow and spinal twists to release tension and improve posture
- Specific techniques like Anulom Vilom which is Alternate Nostril Breathing , Bhramari aka Bee Breath, and Sheetali which is a Cooling Breath to calm the nervous system and increase oxygen flow.
- A brief mental pause to promote relaxation and help manage travel-related stress or jet lag
Regularly practicing this short sequence during a flight can offer several health advantages like
