The Amrit Bharat Station Scheme (ABSS) is a major national initiative by the Ministry of Railways to redevelop and modernize 1,338 railway stations across India. For the 2025–26 financial year, ₹12,118 crore was allocated for station development, with approximately ₹7,253 crore already utilized by October 2025.
