This initiative aims to bridge the gender gap in technical fields and empower women for leadership roles in emerging industries , Provides training in “sunrise” sectors like AI, Robotics, Semiconductors, and Advanced Manufacturing, Under the aegis of this Chair, 10,000 girls have already been trained, all of whom received job offers upon completion , Operates as a research hub integrating training with policy innovation and industry-linked curricula..
