- Total Outlay Increased to ₹83,977 crore , it was up from ₹80,250 crore
- The Central Government will contribute ₹54,848 crore, with states providing ₹29,129 crore
- Maintains the 60:40 for Centre:State ratio & 90:10 for North-Eastern/hilly regions…
Project time line extends
- in Plain Areas , Completion extended to March 2028
- in Hilly areas Road completion by March 2028, with bridges extended to March 2029
- Focus on upgrading “Through Routes” & “Major Rural Links” to improve access to essential amenities

- Aims to enhance farm-to-market connectivity, boosting rural incomes
- Contributes to the Viksit Bharat 2047 mission by improving infrastructure, service access, and creating jobs
